I believe I saw that movie a while back with my (female) roommate.

It touches on my theory that a break up is just the end of one relationship, not all possibilities of having a relationship with that same person.

Some couples were just not meant to be together, and some couples go through stages of evolution, which include breakups.

The problem is most of the time they never let the old relationship die off completely, and they keep on bringing that monster back to life, time and time again.

This convinces them that they weren’t meant to be together because it never works out, or they just plain get tired of going through the same bullshit over and over again…make sense?

If you properly use the no contact rule to evolve past the old relationship and let it die, you have the chance to start a brand new relationship with a clean slate.

People get worried they will “lose them forever” so they never take that chance, and what happens? You push them farther away and lose them anyways…pathetic.

You have to be willing to risk it all using the free plan to get your ex back in order to win it all.

Playing it safe trying to stay “friends” with your ex in the hopes of winning your ex back hardly ever works, and it does more harm than good.

Have you seen the movie “The Break-Up”? It’s about a couple that breaks up, but still shares the apartment, and everyday they try to make eachother jealous. The man basically took the woman for granted, and whenever she tried to make him jealous with other guys, she just wanted him to react. When he finally realised what he had to do, it was too late, and she was emotionally detached, and she chose to leave him for good. The movie ends with that they meet eachother again some weeks later, and they talk on friendly terms, and say stuff like “We should hang out sometime” it could seem like just a friendly meeting.. Or a reconciliation… I justs aw it and got encouraged to believe that no situation is hopeless if you wait long enough for the dust to settle

OK so I sent him the NC message on tuesday and I’m doing good so far,today I’ve just deleted my FB cuz he lives with one of my best mates,so its bloody hard knowing I can’t even go see my good friend now so also to stop him showing my x i just deleted FB,I was also mates with his best mate so defo a good idea so no spying and being tempted!

The 1st 2days were piece of piss but yesterday It was hard and it took me a few hrs to pull myself together but getting bk on track again!

I must say I’m thankful for finding you and your blogs/threads from real ppl and real stories it’s very encouraging to get back on it

Oh, but one question: When you say we would discover our true friends, do you think our ex’s would go through the same thing?
My friend was being harassed on the phone by her ex boyfriend, three months after he broke up with her. He claimed she stole most of his friends after the break up…Something tells me this won’t be the last time *signs and crosses fingers for her friend*
