I have already started the no contact as from today and received great encouragment from you:). However as i said when i broke the no contact for the 2nd time i got a little angry at my ex when he said he didnt want me back and said a few thinfs i sgouldnt not bad just things like ‘you treated me like shit anyway’ ‘and i deserve better’.
