Hi, I really need some help,I got with my ex boyfriend when I was 18 years. We has together for nearly 3 years,then one day he told me that he was leaving me,this was two years ago now,in the past year I have bumped in to him twice and he always looks at me and stuff but don’t say anything,one of the nights when I see him I ended up going to his as I couldn’t get a lift home,the same night I found out he slept with another girl that’s y he ended it with me,to find out some time after broke my heart,even tho its been two years I can’t stop thinking about him,I’m even dreaming about him,so this morning I decided to text him telling him I miss him and I still love him,he replied and said he’s well and his just got in a new relationship,but will stay in contact this is killing me I no its too late its been two years. You need to follow all the steps in the free plan, and that means sending the recommended NC message.

After he broke up with me I agreed to be friends with my ex, we still talk and hang out, but of course I still want him back, your article mentions starting to draw away from him gradually, do I still send the no contact message in this situation or just stop contacting him?

Give up and move on

Ok, my ex and i broke up 5 mos ago and i still love him and want him back. we didnt realy even have a offical brake up i caught him with another girl and asked him why didnt he tell me. then 2 weeks passed and he never called i called him and asked him when was he planing to call me? just to make a long story short a few weeks ago he texted me and asked how i was doing; we talked via text that day. Then the next we texted again and he told me he missed me i told him the same.

Then i texted him again 2 weeks later we texted back and fourth for a little while but now he doesnt respond to my texts. To add to this he has things that belong to me and i have some of his things but he keep putting off returning them to me.

What do i do from hear i have read you how to get your ex back; unsure how to go about it. I can give me some advise? I have been out with a few guys but have not made any connection like what i had with him. i really miss him alot he was my best friend.

Hi, I had a quick question. My ex and I had been getting along well, and hes been trying to spend alil more time with me and even told me I should call once in a while. then yesterday I did a big NONO. I asked him about our relationship, if he felt differently. He said No, he still didn’t want a relationship anytime soon, but he was attracted to me and cared about me, but his feeling had not changed. I know that In a moment of weakness i pushed him istead of pulling. My question is what should i do now. Is it possible to progress and just go on. Or do i need to add more space again and do alil damage controll. Also in your opinion should i take his response as positive or negative?
