Hi,

No, that wouldn't be fair to all the people who shared their stories right here on my Blog.

If you have a question post it here on my Blog, and I will answer it.

If you are uncomfortable doing that, just go read the <a href="http://blog.howtogetyourexbackfast.com/" rel="nofollow">free plan to get your ex back</a> on my Blog, and follow ALL the steps.

I help people survive a break up and get their lives back, not get their ex boyfriend back, and I explain why in the "<a href="http://blog.howtogetyourexbackfast.com/about-s-williams-how-to-get-your-ex-back-fast/" rel="nofollow">About</a>" section on my Blog.

Using the no contact rule as outlined in the free plan will teach you everything you need to start your personal evolution.

Thank you for writing.

Take care,

Hey!

Here's one of my recipes for a smoothie:

I am not big on measurements but basically I use:

about 2 cups vanilla rice milk, (You can use whatever you like, you just need the liquid)

2-3 bananas depending on the size

a whole orange peeled

a handful of spinach (I know you're thinking yuk, but you don't even taste it...really)

I blend that on the highest speed the blender has (I use a K-tec, this thing will grind rocks into liquid I swear) until it is liquidized.

Now I chuck in:

2 cups frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries it's a mixture I find at Sam's Club)

Two cups of strawberries frozen.

Now fire up the blender again on high until it is liquidized. This makes three big cups (one for me, my son, and my roommate...that's our lunch pretty much everyday) so if you want less just cut back on the amounts, also use fresh fruit when you can, but mixing in the frozen stuff really makes it nice and cold which I like.

Eating dark greens like spinach raw as much as possible is very good for you.

Don't listen to the salmonella scares the FDA likes to use to force everyone to cook their veggies so they kill most if the nutrients.

They would rather see you purchase vitamins which basically do more harm than good, and pass completely through your body without your body absorbing anything.

Don't worry we all get run over by life sometimes, but the trick is to get back up again.

Give what you're doing sometime to work, and you don't get any good results try different products.

One thing you really want watch out for is processed foods, I mean if you can't pronounce the ingredients, or it reads like a formula for rocket fuel...don't eat it.

Everything the FDA and USDA say is okay to eat...really isn't,

Try to stick with raw fruits and vegetables, and if you want cooked food, cook it yourself, so there isn't a shit load of chemicals in it.

We have become to addicted to fast food, and our bodies reflect that, the old ways are the best ways...throw that microwave out (lol) :)

I guess you can tell I am passionate about this subject...huh? ;)

I hope you feel better, and I will find some good recipes to post.

Take Care,

Yes, I drink smoothies and protein shakes everyday. I'm even taking a weightgainer right now. No progress. I have to keep at it. Some days I will get some food down and other days I won't. Please post your recipes I would love to try them. You are so right. I need to slow down and take it one day at a time. I'm so used to being in control of everything that I have let this situation get the best of me. Thanks so much for your help. I feel better already.

Hey Mary have you tried making smoothies? They are nutritious, and easy to keep down because you just drink them.

They are very easy for your body to digest because the food is broken down way more than chewing could ever do (unless you chewed it 1000 times, and that's just gross).

You could get some weight gain powder from your local GNC or similar store, and add it to them.

Just Google smoothie and take a look at all the different recipes there are out there.

I have some too if you want me to post them for you.

I friggen love smoothies myself. :)

Mary,

We all heal at our own pace, I am like you sometimes I fall behind on my exercise, and then I try to make it up in a week.

The end result I get sore as hell, and have trouble getting back into my usual routine.

Ambition is a great thing, but sometimes we have to "slow" ourselves down, and that's hard for people like us...right? ;)

Wow!

That's a tough one, but you have to answer that one...if you feel that he no longer respects you, then the chance for love to grow is very slim...Why?

Because you really can't deeply love someone if you don't respect them.

It is pretty low of him to hit you when you're down, and that smacks of disrespect to me.

You take care of yourself, and start eating, and if you still want to go get him when you feel better, I will support you...OK?

Hang in there! :)

Thanks!! Yes I have gone to see a therpist for six weeks during the end of the relationship and I am using the exercises from the book now. It is a slow process and I guess I'm trying to some how speed it up. He has seen me all down and out and he made a nasty comment about my weight. Like he was disgusted that I have let myself get this far down. I drink plenty of water. It's hard for me to keep food down and usually I don't have an appetite. I'm going to continue to fight!! Thanks again! Oh one more question. I think he is in a relationship with an old girlfriend. The same one he cheated on me with. Should I really be trying to get him back? Or should I just move on?

<blockquote>This break-up has taken a toll on my body. I have read the book and I am in the process of getting my emotions under control. I still feel like I’m in panick mode. How do I get past this? I’m back in the gym but I am not eating. I lost about 20 lbs after my break-up and I really need to gain weight. I am under 100 lbs and that’s not cool. Any advice?
</blockquote>

Have you thought about getting some counseling?

Have you tried using the exercise on page 13?

You have to fight to stay alive, eat even if you're not hungry.

I get stressed myself, and forget to eat, but I find that if I just get something down, I feel a lot better...plus make sure you drink water.

You can live a long time without food, but you won't last without water.

If you can not find any self help tools to help you past this, try looking for a support group, or private counseling.

There are some suggestions listed on my Blog under "Get Ex Back With Emotional Control"...take a look.

It will be real hard to get your ex back, if you get sick...eat for the sake of getting your ex back.

Don't let this tough time rob you of your Health, Hope, and Happiness.

Fight Back!
