I just wanted to say thank you and hope that this can give someone a little hope because i thought my situation could never be fixed my ex and I fought ALL the time, we let our familys get involved, there was no trust...we had every problem you could think of! but now things are starting to get a lot better we are both going out with our friends as well as each other and communicting a lot more then we had ever done! and all i had to do was fallow the no contact rule, it really works!
